How do I request a pick-up?
You can either schedule a pick-up through this site (our apps are on the way) or you can call us at 9916132132. Alternatively, you can drop a line at support@laundrology.in and we will reach out to you.

Do you do laundry pickup from my area?
Chances are that we cover most of the areas of Bangalore. Laundrology has 30+ stores and are currently expanding our coverage ages. For a full list of our dry clean & laundry locations we operate in, please click here.

How do I sort my clothes before pickup?
The pick-up agent will have bags. Let him know which are for dry clean, which ones for premium wash or just steam press or regular wash & iron. You can also specify the amount of starch you like. He will take care of the rest.

I am not at home. Can I reschedule my pickup/delivery?
Certainly. Please raise a ticket on our app. Alternatively call us at 9916132132 or write to us at support@laundrology.in with your order reference. We attempt pickup or delivery twice, with no additional cost. Should it be a later attempt, a fee of Rs 50 will be charged per pick-up or delivery. Of course, we call you up and confirm your convenient time, so chances are that you will not incur this charge.

I have to be somewhere else and I would like to cancel my order?
Of course. Please cancel the order before three hours of your scheduled slot either online or by calling our customer support at 9916132132.
